Olen Satu ja opetan suomen kieltä. Oppiminen saa mielestäni olla hauskaa ja siksi käytänkin opetuksessa luovia, innostavia ja kommunikatiivisia menetelmiä. Opettajana olen iloinen ja sosiaalinen mutta samalla myös kärsivällinen ja oppilaan lähtökohdat huomioon ottava. Koulutukseltani olen Teatteritaiteen maisteri, ja opettamisen lisäksi minulla on kokemusta teatterista, ohjaamisesta ja toimittajan töistä.

Minä olen Kirsi ja opetan suomea. Pidän työstäni, koska voin siinä hyödyntää omaksumiani taitoja vieraan kielen opettamisesta ja kokemuksiani monikulttuurisessa ympäristössä työskentelystä. Olen ollut monessa maassa töissä. Norjassa opetin suomea peruskoulussa lapsille ja aikuisille työväenopistossa ja Finnmarkin aluekorkeakoulun suomen kielen opiskelijoille. Opetustyössäni olen perehtynyt erilaisiin menetelmiin ja olen ollut mukana suunnittelemassa opettajien täydennyskoulutusta Itä-Afrikassa. Mielestäni kaiken oppimisen takana on innostava, osallistava, kannustava ja luova opettaja. Sellainen opettaja minäkin pyrin olemaan.
Keskustelen mielelläni ympäristöasioista, kansainvälisestä kaupasta, matkailusta ja kulttuurien kohtaamisesta.
Suomen kielen opetuksessa voin tarvittaessa käyttää englantia, ruotsia, norjaa ja suahilia apukielinä.

Hello! I am Livia, a native Finnish-speaker who teaches Finnish from A to Ö. I enjoy teaching immensely, since teaching is learning new things together. Learning Finnish can be a thrill – we’ll find the most inspiring approach for each learner. I hold a PhD in Literary and Cultural Studies, and in addition to an extensive teaching experience, I have qualifications in pedagogy. Learning is fun; the lessons are lively and take you into the middle of life and culture in Finnish. Olen Petra ja työskentelen suomenkielen opettajana. Mielestäni on mukava seurata kuinka oppilaat edistyvät ja oppivat kommunikoimaan uudella kielellä. Opetusmenetelmäni ovat usein kekseliäitä ja tunneilla pyritään keskustelemaan suomeksi niin paljon kuin mahdollista. Minulla on kokemusta sekä aikuisten että lasten opetuksesta.

I have passed two degrees at the University of Turku. I'm a class teacher and I also have passed the examination of Lead Auditor. So I´ m qualified to audit and certificate companies and organisations and I'm able to create the quality systems for them too. I teach the Finnish language to children and adults using different methods, through your own way of learning and reaching your own goals.
Finnish language can be learnt using different ways and methods. It is very different from Germanic and Romanic languages but you can learn it. Everyone has a language world of its own. We learn other languages best by understanding our own language world. You just have to find it –and here you are ! How rewarding it is to notice that you can get by with that language which you believed to be impossible to learn. Do the same next day and you will be astonished. You really managed to do it again – by using Finnish ! So nothing is impossible, not even to learn Finnish using the right methods from your own language world.
Globality is a part of my personality. I have visited many European schools in different countries in Europe. Every time I have learnt lots of new things. I love different nationalities and cultures , especially our dear neighbours, the Swedes. They give love and colours to our life. That's why I hope I can serve you, honoured customers and companions of Learnwell as well.
