X-customer

X-customer is an accurate, reliable and hands-on method for evaluating the language skills of your employees within the workplace.

The purpose of X-customer is to help your business improve employee customer service skills for foreign customers. The evaluation can be carried out as a “surprise” visit to nominated locations or as a “surprise” phone call.

How does it work?

  • we select native speakers from our teachers, according to the language required
  • a set of questions, the location and time is agreed upon with you
  • after the evaluation, a report is sent to you
  • a special language module can be created to respond to the language needs of your staff (see Company-X-material)
